Prices, discounts and terms
Each partner sees their own prices, volume discounts and special terms exactly as recorded in your ERP. Changes in the ERP show up in the portal automatically, with no second set of price lists to maintain.
A reseller does not buy like a consumer. They know the item codes, order in volume, have their own prices and discounts, pay on account and care about speed rather than glossy photos. Consider a furniture exporter from the Savinja Valley with distributors in Croatia and Italy and dealers across Slovenia. Today orders arrive as emails and spreadsheets, a sales assistant retypes them into the ERP, and mistakes only surface on delivery. A B2B portal shows each partner their prices, stock and payment terms, and the order goes straight into the ERP. Sales staff spend their time on customers, not on copying.
A B2B portal is above all a tool for fast, accurate ordering. Anything a partner often asks your sales assistant should be answered in the portal.

Entry by item code, order upload from a CSV file, one-click repeat of a previous order and saved lists for regular purchases. A partner who orders weekly spends a minute, not half an hour.
Available stock by warehouse and expected arrival dates for items that are out. Partners can tell their own customers straight away when goods will come.
An overview of the limit, open items and overdue invoices. If a partner goes over the limit, the order is sent for approval instead of being rejected or quietly accepted.
A buyer prepares the order, a manager approves it, accounts sees the invoices. Partners manage their own users and permissions.
Photos, data sheets, manuals and recommended retail prices to download, always in the latest version. No partner sells from last year's catalogue any more.
In a B2B portal the ERP connection matters most, so we test it at the start of the project rather than at the end.
Over a video call we map how partners order today with your sales team and, where possible, speak to two or three partners. That produces the feature list.
We check reading prices, stock and open items, and writing orders into your ERP, for example Pantheon, SAP Business One or Business Central. Only once that works do we build the screens.
We build the portal and open it to a few partners who order often. Their comments are the most valuable test there is.
Invitations to every partner, short guides in their languages and support over the first weeks. After that we maintain and extend the portal as agreed.
Partners will not move to a portal if ordering by email is quicker. A handsome design does not help if a partner ordering fifty lines has to search for each one separately. So the first release always includes entry by item code and file upload, and we check that ordering in the portal really is faster than sending a spreadsheet.
Often, yes. WooCommerce and Magento can be extended with per-partner pricing and ordering on account. If partner rules differ greatly from retail, though, a separate portal is clearer and safer.
If your ERP holds price lists in several currencies, the portal shows them. If not, we agree whether partners see euro prices or a conversion at the daily rate. The invoice is always issued by your ERP.
We work with file exports and imports or an intermediate database refreshed at regular intervals. It is a little slower but reliable. We explore the options together with your ERP vendor.
Yes. The portal can allow drop shipping to the partner's customer, with a delivery note showing no prices or carrying the partner's brand, if you agree this with your partners.
Tell us how many partners you have, how they order and which ERP you run. We reply within one working day with suggested first steps.

No town by that name here. Check the letters, or settle for the nearest larger place. Our engineers work only over the internet, so Kočevje and Koper get precisely the same treatment.
