Sellable stock
Pushed out to every channel at 5 to 15 minute intervals. Around Black Friday and in December the interval shrinks, and each channel keeps a reserve so the final unit cannot be sold twice.
8 am. Somebody logs into Amazon Seller Central, re-enters the overnight sales into Minimax, raises the invoices, prints GLS labels from the courier's portal, then pastes each tracking code back into Amazon and into the company's own store. Lunchtime arrives and nothing has been packed. Business is good, yet none of the tools know the others exist. Apply closes that gap by joining your store, marketplaces, accounting package, e-invoice exchange provider, payment processor and couriers into a single flow. From that point each order travels unaided: basket, posted invoice, then the corresponding entry on your bank statement. We work exclusively at a distance, which means a Ljubljana cosmetics brand and a wood products maker in Carinthia are served in exactly the same way.
Four services, each removing a chore people currently do by hand: typing invoices, fixing stock levels one channel after another, working out which statement line belongs to which order, and printing labels one by one.
WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify, or your CRM, wired to Minimax, Pantheon, Metakocka or Business Central. Product records start life in accounting, and sales return to it as invoices with the right VAT rate. eSLOG 2.0 e-invoices travel through whichever exchange provider you have signed up with. Apply builds the link only: we are not an exchange provider and we do not sell fiscal tills.
Amazon Germany and Italy, eBay, Allegro, Etsy for exports and a product feed for Ceneje.si. A single pool of stock, pricing that allows for what every marketplace charges, and orders from all of them collected on one pick list.
Stripe, PayPal, Bankart or Monri for cards with 3-D Secure, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Flik, UPN QR pro forma payments and COD. Refunds are triggered inside the order, and processor payouts reconcile against orders in your books without manual ticking.
Pošta Slovenije, GLS, DPD or Express One, plus DHL Express and UPS for abroad. True postage in the basket, a locker map at checkout, a single click to print all labels for the day, tracking forwarded to buyers and marketplaces, and returns built into the process.
Real-time sync of absolutely everything is tempting but impractical. Marketplaces cap API requests, and an in-house accounting server bogs down when it is queried nonstop. Each data type is therefore scheduled separately.

Several runs per day, plus immediately after any repricing. Distinct price lists for the web store, for each marketplace and for resellers, with a per-channel floor that blocks loss-making sales once commission and postage are deducted.
Overnight. Heavy data transfers in office hours drag down the server running Pantheon or similar software, leaving the accounts team waiting. That nightly job also updates how categories and attributes map onto each marketplace.
Into accounting and the warehouse as soon as payment clears. Something sold on eBay at 1 am is waiting for the pickers when they arrive, with nobody having lifted a finger.
From accounting and the courier back to store and marketplace. Customers find both the invoice and the parcel number under their profile, while marketplaces are told about dispatch before the deadline, so penalties for slow shipping become less likely.
Messy product data plus integration simply means faster mistakes. One EAN shared by two different items, a size written “M” here and “Medium” there, variants created as standalone products: a catalogue like that will never line up with Amazon or Allegro category attributes. Stock gets deducted from the wrong product and sales cannot be paired with listings. Step one, therefore, is tidying SKUs, EANs and variant structure. Investing a few days here spares you a stream of daily fixes later. Skip the clean-up and you will discover a double-sold product on Black Friday via an unhappy customer.
All trials use sandbox setups: a dummy company within your accounting software, the exchange provider's staging service, and test accounts at payment processors and couriers. A wrong e-invoice sent from a live system means a credit note, a reissue and unbudgeted work for whoever keeps your books.
Over video, we walk one genuine order through every system up to the bank statement, marking each place where somebody retypes, forwards or re-checks data today.
E-invoice or ordinary invoice, VAT treatment, number sequences, part-refunds, commission bills from marketplaces, and which documents go through fiscal verification. Agreed in writing before anything is configured.
A complete cycle in the sandboxes: purchase, 3-D Secure card payment, invoice, shipping label, tracking, return, credit note. We stay out of production until every figure agrees.
We activate synchronisation, set up error alerts by email and, throughout month one, compare weekly totals from the store, the marketplaces and the ledger.
Frequently, yes. These products move stock levels and orders reliably, yet they are often weak on bookkeeping, unusual price rules or several warehouses. We start by noting what yours does well, because adding the absent capability usually costs less than a replacement. If the tool offers an API we integrate through it; if not, through files exchanged on a schedule.
Most sellers struggle here. Amazon and eBay net sales, refunds, commission, fulfilment and ad spend into a single transfer, and that figure corresponds to no individual sale. Our integration parses the settlement report line by line and records each sale, refund and deduction separately in Minimax, Pantheon or Metakocka. Marketplace commission invoices are booked as expenses along the way. Which accounts they post to is agreed with your accountant.
They are not. Selling continues against the most recent stock figure, while orders are held in a queue and worked through in order when connectivity is restored. Your nominated contact and our engineers are alerted by email. Come Monday you know what went wrong, what recovered by itself and what, if anything, still needs attention, all before customers start asking. If the e-invoice exchange provider is the one that fails, invoices wait in the queue too and numbering stays unbroken.
If you sell to businesses, probably. Compulsory e-invoice exchange between companies has been announced; check exact deadlines and exemptions with your accountant and in official sources. A connection that can already generate eSLOG 2.0 and send it via an exchange provider is prepared, and when the rules are finalised we simply adjust it.
The number of systems, the state of your product data and the availability of decent plugins all matter. WooCommerce plus Minimax, Stripe and a single courier is a much smaller job than Pantheon spanning three warehouses and five marketplaces. Once we have reviewed your set-up, the project is quoted at a fixed price. Later maintenance runs at €50 per hour plus VAT, or within a Start, Business or Premium plan.
Remote access only, over encrypted links, using limited accounts that you set up and may switch off at any moment. We do not come to your address, sell hardware or pack parcels. Should a server need physical attention, we talk one of your staff through it step by step.
Let us know your store platform, accounting package, whether you have an e-invoice exchange provider and where you sell. Within one working day we will reply with a proposed scope and timeline.

An engineer will write back no later than the following working day. Faults that leave your staff unable to work are always looked at first.
No town by that name here. Check the letters, or settle for the nearest larger place. Our engineers work only over the internet, so Kočevje and Koper get precisely the same treatment.
