Paying step by step
Open the link, enter a debit or credit card on the checkout screen run by a specialist payment company, and confirm. No registration, no password to remember.
Companies and individuals settle with us in two different ways. A business receives an invoice when a month closes or a project phase wraps up, and has 30 days to wire the amount. A private person covers the agreed remote session beforehand, using a card link we send. This page lists the deadlines, our banking data, typical hiccups with international wires, and a short routine for confirming that an invoice carrying our name is authentic.
Monthly plans are charged when each calendar month closes; projects are charged phase by phase as agreed. The 30-day term counts from the date printed on the invoice.
finance@apply.si mails it to the accounts mailbox you nominate. Since Apply LLP is established outside the EU, it does not route eSLOG e-invoices through Slovenian exchange networks. Your bookkeeper simply books the PDF as a purchase from a foreign supplier.
Does accounts insist on a PO number, cost centre or department on each document? Let us know before month end so the very first invoice already shows it and nothing needs reissuing.
We bank with JSC Kaspi Bank in Kazakhstan, so the payment goes through SWIFT and not through SEPA. The banking data appears on each invoice and again in the box below. Writing the invoice number into the payment reference lets us pair your money with the right document straight away.
Expect the funds to arrive within 1-3 working days. Your own bank, and any correspondent bank along the way, may take a fee. Once the euros reach us, the invoice is closed in our books.
Banking data: JSC Kaspi Bank, IBAN KZ22722S000015813162, SWIFT/BIC CASPKZKA, payee Apply LLP, BIN 220540005599. Other registration data is under Contact. Without the invoice number in the reference, a payment has to be hunted down manually, so please never leave it out. Apply does not switch bank accounts via a mere email. Receive one claiming otherwise? Pay nothing and confirm with finance@apply.si.
Remote help starts at €35 per session, and longer jobs are €45 per hour, VAT included in both. When we know what needs fixing, a payment link lands in your inbox; the engineer connects once the charge has gone through.
Open the link, enter a debit or credit card on the checkout screen run by a specialist payment company, and confirm. No registration, no password to remember.
The card number goes directly into the payment company's form, and your bank asks you to approve it in its app or with a code (3-D Secure). The full number is never visible to Apply and is never kept by us.
You cover the agreed time before we start. If more is needed, the engineer stops, explains why, and waits for your yes before a further link is issued. Nothing unexpected turns up later.
Should we be unable to deliver what was agreed, we refund the card you used. The date the credit appears depends on your bank or whoever issued the card.
Straight after paying you get an emailed confirmation. A personal invoice with your name and address is available too; mention that you want one.
One problem, no ongoing commitment: a printer that dropped off Wi-Fi, e-uprava sign-in on a freshly bought phone, holiday photos stuck on a laptop that is about to die. See Private clients for the full picture.
Fake-invoice scams work by imitating a supplier you know and quietly swapping the bank account for a “new” one. Smaller firms get hit often, because whoever approves payments is usually doing five jobs at once. Sixty seconds and four checks are enough.
Transfer sent, but we still list the invoice as unpaid? Send the confirmation from your bank to finance@apply.si. We trace the payment and reply inside one working day.
Monthly plan invoices are issued after each month closes. Copies, corrections and statements are all one message to finance@apply.si away.
In arrears. Plans are charged after the month has ended and projects after each completed phase. Prepayment by link is reserved for private individuals. Long engagements get a payment schedule set out in the contract.
Not for businesses: those figures are plus VAT. Prices for private clients are VAT-inclusive. Apply LLP supplies from outside the EU, so how a Slovenian firm handles VAT here (reverse charge) depends on its own tax situation. Your accountant should confirm the treatment; if they need anything from us, finance@apply.si will answer them directly.
Apply is a brand of Apply LLP, a Kazakhstan-registered company that collects its revenue into its own account. To your bank it is a routine foreign payment: IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and payee name are all it needs. Being outside SEPA, it may cost more than a domestic transfer; ask your bank for its fee schedule.
Allow for 1-3 working days in transit and send it a little before the deadline. Double-check that EUR is selected, that the IBAN has no stray spaces and that the reference holds the invoice number. If your e-banking cannot send payments outside the EU, the business desk at your bank will show you the alternative.
A polite email reminder comes first. Anything beyond that is governed by your contract and by the rules for business-to-business transactions. Expecting a difficult month for cash flow? Tell us in good time and we will usually find a way through together.
Companies are expected to pay invoices by SWIFT wire; card links are meant for individuals. Should your organisation have a particular need regarding payment methods, raise it with finance@apply.si.
An invoice did not arrive, you need a duplicate, or a transfer you made is not showing on our side? Tell us and expect an answer within one working day.

An engineer will write back no later than the following working day. Faults that leave your staff unable to work are always looked at first.
No town by that name here. Check the letters, or settle for the nearest larger place. Our engineers work only over the internet, so Kočevje and Koper get precisely the same treatment.
