Sign-ins and access
Forgotten passwords, locked accounts, a new phone for multi-factor sign-in, access to a shared folder or mailbox. Identity is checked through the agreed procedure before any reset.
Say you run a dental practice in Maribor with eight staff. In the morning a nurse cannot open a referral because, after an update, the browser no longer sees the digital certificate. At lunchtime the receipt printer jams, and in the afternoon a new hire is locked out of email after skipping the multi-factor step on first sign-in. Each problem is small, yet each halts work at the front desk, and the dentist ends up fixing them between patients or ringing friends for advice. The helpdesk gives all of this one address. A staff member writes what is going on, the message becomes a numbered request, and our engineer, with the user's permission, connects to the PC and usually resolves it in that same session. The practice management system and its links to eZdravje remain the vendor's responsibility, but we file the report with them, complete with technical detail, and follow it until it is closed. The helpdesk comes with every plan, and can also be ordered by itself if someone else already looks after servers and the network but your staff need fast help with everyday snags.
The helpdesk covers whatever staff run into at their desks. These are the commonest areas in small and mid-sized organisations.
Forgotten passwords, locked accounts, a new phone for multi-factor sign-in, access to a shared folder or mailbox. Identity is checked through the agreed procedure before any reset.
Installing and renewing SIGEN-CA, Halcom or Pošta CA certificates, card readers, and browser settings for eDavki, AJPES, e-uprava and eZdravje.
Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel: missing folders, signatures, calendar sync, macros that have stopped running and files that refuse to open.
Clients for Pantheon, Minimax, Metakocka or a practice management system that will not connect or throw errors. Anything within the vendor's remit we report to them and monitor.
Printers that will not print, scanners that no longer send to a folder or email, label printers and till printers that lose their driver after an update.
Staff ask for an application, a manager approves, we install it. Unknown downloads stay off company machines and licences remain under control.
VPN, remote desktop, home printers, poor Teams quality. We can reach any company device with an internet connection, wherever it happens to be.
We get the helpdesk running within a week. What matters is that people know where to write and that the first requests are answered quickly.
We agree who may raise requests, who signs off purchases and installs, and how identity is verified for password resets.
The remote session agent goes onto PCs through Intune or via a short link. Users get a single page of guidance.
During week one we give requests extra attention so that staff see for themselves that writing to the helpdesk genuinely works.
A look at recurring problems with suggestions for change, for instance replacing the printer behind a third of all requests.
A clear description saves half an hour. “It does not work” means we have to start by asking questions. “Since yesterday's update Pantheon closes when I log in, screenshot attached” means we can begin straight away. So at launch we send staff a short template: what you were doing, when it started, what changed, plus a screenshot. After a few weeks it becomes habit and fix times drop noticeably.
On Start within 4 hours, on Business within 1 hour and on Premium within 15 minutes, Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 Central European Time. A response means an engineer has read the request, set its priority and replied with a first step.
By email to helpme@apply.si, through the client portal or in a Microsoft Teams channel. Every message becomes a numbered request whose progress the sender can follow.
We do not count individual requests. A plan covers an agreed number of users and devices. If volume rises permanently, perhaps because you have taken on staff, it shows in the report and we agree an adjustment.
For servers, yes, by arrangement. For workstations only if you authorise it beforehand for specific tasks such as overnight patching. Every session is logged, and a data processing agreement under the GDPR and ZVOP-2 is signed before first access.
If hardware has failed, we tell you exactly what to replace and guide a colleague or your local repairer over video. Once the replacement PC is online, we set it up remotely.
Tell us how many people you employ and who helps them with computer trouble today. We will propose a way of working and log outstanding issues straight away.

An engineer will write back no later than the following working day. Faults that leave your staff unable to work are always looked at first.
No town by that name here. Check the letters, or settle for the nearest larger place. Our engineers work only over the internet, so Kočevje and Koper get precisely the same treatment.
