Looking after people
One helpdesk for everyone, Windows and macOS faults resolved over remote sessions, accounts waiting ready for a newcomer on day one, and access for leavers withdrawn the same afternoon they go.
Our engineers look after small and mid-sized firms, bookkeepers, law practices, clinics and online retailers across Slovenia, and never travel to do it. You will not see client logos or success statistics here. This page covers the things worth checking before any commitment: the route a request takes from arrival to closure, the house rules for engineers, which documents get signed, and which jobs we refuse on principle.
Six areas you can order one at a time or as a bundle. Keeping them with a single team pays off in a very practical way: the engineer fixing a printer on Tuesday shares notes with colleagues who already understand the server, the backup routine and the online store, and the backstory never needs retelling.

Microsoft 365 run via Entra ID and Intune, hosting at Hetzner, OVHcloud or IONOS, workloads in EU regions of Azure or AWS, virtual private servers, network monitoring, and backups we restore on a schedule to prove they work.
GDPR and ZVOP-2 applied day to day, a living record of processing, groundwork for NIS2 and ZInfV-1 that takes SI-CERT advisories into account, endpoint detection, regular weakness scanning and simulated phishing campaigns.
Sites on WordPress, shops on WooCommerce or PrestaShop, checkout via Stripe, Bankart or Flik, links to Ceneje.si, Amazon, courier services and bookkeeping packages such as Minimax, Pantheon and Metakocka, plus portals for trade partners.
A data warehouse, dashboards for management, supplier bills and dispatch notes read in automatically, and AI tooling chosen so that as much of your information as possible stays in European data centres.
Reviews, a plan for going digital, picking the licences you actually need, and online courses for your people, covering anything from Microsoft 365 basics to sensible everyday use of AI.
Engineers log in from wherever they live; you will find no reception desk to visit. That is not a gap we try to hide, it is the design. With no driving involved, nobody sits in motorway traffic waiting for a technician and nobody is billed for mileage. Each request is routed to whoever knows that topic best. In exchange we keep meticulous records, which you get back as a full audit trail.
Mail to helpme@apply.si, the web form or a shared Teams channel: each report becomes a numbered ticket with its own priority and due time, so none of it disappears into somebody's private mailbox.
The ticket records the engineer, the task, minutes spent and every change made. Should a request sit beyond your plan, we flag it up front instead of surprising you at billing time.
Where hardware must be handled, one of your staff or your usual local contractor follows written steps while our engineer guides them over video.
Closed tickets, real reaction times measured against the SLA, backups that were test-restored, outstanding updates and, at the end, what we suggest doing next with a rough cost attached.
We are reachable Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 CET. Premium contracts add a standby number, given to you in the contract itself. First-line support closes anything that takes a few minutes; the rest goes straight to the specialists for that area. Colleagues work from various towns, connected by common tooling and common procedures.
Four limits to bear in mind before requesting a proposal.
No visits, no installation. We do not run cables or mount equipment. If something on your premises needs a pair of hands, we write out step by step what a nearby person or firm should do.
Recommendations only. We can say which notebook, server or firewall suits you and what to compare between offers. We earn nothing from equipment and we do not lease it either.
We prepare you; someone else certifies. We work to ISO 27001 principles and can prepare you for an external audit. The certificate itself comes from an accredited certification body, never from Apply.
We connect; we do not replace. Apply does not operate an e-invoice exchange, sell fiscal cash registers or issue qualified digital certificates. We wire the providers you have picked into your shop, accounting software and workflows.
All agreements are in place before our first connection to your systems. Drafts travel with the proposal so your lawyer or DPO has time to go through them properly.
Drafted around your business. Covers what is delivered, what it costs, how long it runs, how either side can end it and who is responsible for what.
Reaction times in black and white. 15 minutes on Premium, 1 hour on Business, 4 hours on Start, all counted Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 CET.
Between controller and processor under GDPR. It lists the personal data we handle for you, where it is stored, whether it leaves the EU for a third country and which subcontracted processors take part.
Signed ahead of the first login. Business secrets, passwords and whatever else we see while working inside your environment are all protected.
Monthly, by email. You receive a PDF when a month or project phase closes, payable within 30 days, with an hours breakdown attached. How to account for VAT on a service bought from a non-EU supplier is a question for your own accountant.
Queries about paperwork? Billing goes to finance@apply.si, contract changes to corp@apply.si, and anything that has stopped working to helpme@apply.si. That way your message lands on the right desk first time and you hear back within one working day. We prefer writing and video calls, since a written trail keeps everyone safe.
You do not have to compile documentation or list your equipment first; we take care of that. The length of onboarding depends on company size and is agreed jointly.
Write to office@apply.si or use the form at the bottom of this page: describe your line of business and today's biggest headache.
Half an hour online, where we settle what gets reviewed and which person at your end approves our access.
Working remotely, we catalogue user accounts, licensing, servers, backup jobs and security configuration, then hand you the findings as a report you keep.
You pick a plan, the paperwork is signed, access is transferred and the environment is recorded in its starting state.
No, there is nowhere to receive guests. Our people are spread out and we hold meetings by video. It is a conscious choice: your invoice carries no travel time, and your ticket is picked up by the most suitable specialist rather than whoever happens to be nearest.
Almost always, since most of today's IT consists of settings, online services and applications. The leftovers are manual chores like connecting a replacement router, changing a drive or relocating a desktop, and a member of your staff handles them with our guidance. If nobody is available, we write a work order for a local technician of your choosing.
Individual logins with multi-factor checks, never shared generic ones. Permissions are issued per task and revoked afterwards, and each connection is logged and linked to a ticket. Confidentiality and processing agreements are in place before any first session.
No. There is no branch or local office, and the team works remotely. The contracting entity and the full company details are published in our legal notice. Invoices are issued in euros as PDF files.
Often that is exactly when it does. Take a law firm in Nova Gorica: their own administrator stays in charge of the case files system and everyday questions from the lawyers, whereas we run the servers, protection and backup, and step in during annual leave. The split is written down so that two people never end up on the same job without realising.
Of course. Migrating mailboxes to Microsoft 365, refreshing a website or reviewing security are self-contained jobs, charged on a fixed quote or at €50 an hour plus VAT. If the collaboration goes well you can switch to a monthly plan later. If not, every document we produced stays with you.
Describe briefly what is not working today and we will suggest a sensible place to begin. Expect a reply within one working day.

An engineer will write back no later than the following working day. Faults that leave your staff unable to work are always looked at first.
No town by that name here. Check the letters, or settle for the nearest larger place. Our engineers work only over the internet, so Kočevje and Koper get precisely the same treatment.
