End-to-end IT support

Consider a construction firm from Murska Sobota with thirty people on the payroll. The office has four workstations running Autodesk software, ten site managers carry tablets, and estimates and progress claims are produced in an application living on a server in a cupboard next to the kitchen. Until now an independent technician has looked after all of it, turning up when he can and billing by the hour. Nobody is quite sure how many licences are being paid for, which tablets are still in service or who holds the domain password. End-to-end support turns that around. Apply takes the role of your outsourced IT department and works exclusively at a distance: we manage devices and user accounts, run the server, updates and backups, and deal with your suppliers. Everything covered appears in a service schedule annexed to the contract, and the price is monthly and agreed upfront. Whenever something needs physically moving or plugging in, a member of your team does it while we talk them through it on video. Instead of occasional call-outs you get people who know your systems every working day, plus an overview management can use to plan next year.

Scope of the service

Here is what the monthly fee typically includes. The precise scope, along with user and device counts, goes into the contract so there is never any doubt.

Check the scope with an engineer

Asset and licence register

A single spreadsheet listing every PC, tablet, server, subscription and warranty end date. It is refreshed with each starter, leaver or purchase, and you can export it whenever you wish.

Device management

PCs and tablets are enrolled in Intune with encryption, password rules and automatic patching applied. A tablet lost on site can be locked or wiped remotely within minutes.

Accounts and email

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, SharePoint permissions. New colleagues find everything ready on day one, and departing staff lose access the same afternoon.

Server and line-of-business software

Monitoring of disk, memory and services, plus operating system and database updates beneath packages like Pantheon, SAOP or Birokrat. The vendor owns the application; we own the platform it runs on.

Protection and backups

Multi-factor sign-in, Microsoft Defender on every device, daily backup checks and a trial restore at least once a quarter, with the outcome recorded.

Supplier liaison

Internet provider, hardware reseller, software vendor, printer engineer: we log the fault, pass on technical detail and chase it to resolution.

Annual IT plan

Once a year we set out which devices are due for replacement, which subscriptions could be cancelled and what we suggest for the budget. No sales line items, because we have no equipment to sell.

How the work runs

From first conversation to steady running usually takes four to six weeks. Most of the effort lands in month one, when years of clutter get sorted.

01

Environment review

A video call with the person most familiar with your IT, plus a quick network scan, tells us what you have. From that we propose a plan and a monthly price.

02

Contract and demarcation

We sign the contract, the service schedule and a GDPR data processing agreement, and record which tasks remain with you and which move to us.

03

Recovering the keys

Admin accounts, the domain, passwords and subscriptions are moved into the company's name and an encrypted vault. Whatever the previous provider can hand over, we take; the rest we document afresh.

04

Business as usual

Requests, patching and monitoring run daily. A monthly report shows what was done, what is pending and where we see risk.

Company keys belong in the company's name. Domains, the Microsoft 365 global admin, router logins and licensing portals are frequently tied to a former employee's or contractor's private email address. Once that person is unreachable, a business can find itself locked out of its own mail. So in the opening weeks we transfer all of those to company accounts, create an emergency admin account kept in reserve, and store credentials in a vault that management can also open. Should we ever part ways, all of it stays with you.

Your questions answered

Start is from €450 per month plus VAT for businesses with up to 10 users, responding within 4 hours. Business is €990 per month plus VAT with a 1-hour response, and Premium is from €1,990 per month plus VAT with a 15-minute response and a 24/7 duty line supplied with the contract. Within a plan, the price depends mostly on users, servers and how demanding your business applications are.

Larger projects such as moving to a new server, switching to Microsoft 365 or opening another site. These are done at a fixed price from a quote, or at €50 per hour plus VAT against an estimate given in advance. Equipment you purchase yourselves and on-site jobs carried out by your staff or a local contractor are likewise not included.

If the outgoing provider is willing, we arrange a handover of passwords and documentation with them. If not, we survey the environment ourselves and reset access through ownership routes, for instance via the domain registrar or Microsoft. That takes longer but is entirely doable.

The asset and licence register, an export of the password vault, a description of the network and configuration, and a list of open tasks. We document as we go precisely so that a successor or your own staff can carry on without guesswork.

One of your people or a local contractor of your choosing. We provide instructions, stay on a video call during the job, and configure the new machine remotely as soon as it is online. Since we never travel to you, there are no mileage charges either.
