An inventory that maintains itself
GLPI, Snipe-IT or Intune gather details of devices, software, serial numbers and users. The hand-kept spreadsheet that is out of date by next week can be retired.
Suppose you run a construction firm from Murska Sobota with an office, a plant yard and three to five building sites on the go at once. IT is looked after by one person who also manages the vehicle fleet. Site managers carry laptops and tablets for opening drawings and keeping the site diary, the office has a server holding project documentation, and each site runs on a mobile router. When a tablet goes missing or breaks, nobody knows what data was on it. Requests arrive by phone, text message and in the corridor, so half of them vanish. When a new site manager starts, a colleague lends them a password until the account is sorted. A team like this does not need a big system. It needs a few well-tuned tools that do the work for it: an inventory that keeps itself current, device management that can wipe a lost tablet remotely, a ticket queue where nothing goes missing, and monitoring that speaks up before anyone complains. Apply selects the tools with you, then installs and configures them remotely. Any paid licences you purchase yourself.
Aimed at IT teams of one to three people, often staff who run IT alongside another role. We choose only as many tools as the team can realistically keep running.

Intune or Google endpoint management: disk encryption, screen lock, app deployment, and remote lock or wipe for a lost device. With Windows Autopilot a new laptop configures itself the first time its user signs in.
A simple portal or mailbox that turns each request into a ticket with a deadline and an owner. You can see which problems keep coming back and show management where the hours go.
Zabbix, Uptime Kuma or an RMM platform covering the server, internet links, disk space, certificates and backups. Thresholds are set so that an alert means action, not noise.
Ready-made routines in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace: account, groups, licence and folder access for a newcomer in one go, and an equally quick shutdown on departure, with the mailbox handed over to their manager.
A shared vault for router passwords, supplier portals and admin accounts, with a log of who opened what. No more sticky notes on monitors or passwords in spreadsheets.
Open tickets, unpatched devices, failed backups and upcoming renewals on a single page, in language the managing director follows.
We begin by establishing what is really there; tools come afterwards. Everything is deployed remotely, one location at a time.
A network scan and a trial agent on a few machines reveal what you actually own. The outcome nearly always surprises.
A mix of free and paid options with an estimate of the yearly cost. Paid licences you buy yourself, to our specification.
The office comes first, then devices in the field. Where something on site needs plugging in or restarting, a colleague of yours does it with our guidance.
After a few weeks of use we refine thresholds and routines and give the team brief notes for day-to-day running.
A tool without an owner does not work. The most common failure is not picking the wrong product but alerts nobody reads and tickets nobody closes. So for every tool we write down who responds, how fast, and what happens when they are away. In a one-person team that also means agreeing who covers during holidays or sick leave.
Often, to begin with. GLPI covers inventory and tickets, Zabbix and Uptime Kuma handle monitoring, and Intune is bundled with some Microsoft 365 plans you may already pay for. A paid RMM platform starts to make sense once devices multiply faster than the team.
If the device is enrolled, you can lock or wipe it remotely, and its data was encrypted and synced to the cloud. Where personal data was involved, check with your data protection officer whether the Information Commissioner needs to be notified.
Apply only works remotely. Swapping a cable, restarting a box or replacing a disk is done by your colleague or a local technician, guided by our step-by-step instructions.
Yes. An asset inventory, patch management and monitoring are exactly the evidence an audit looks for. Certification is issued by an accredited body; we help you prepare. Whether ZInfV-1 applies to you is for a legal adviser to judge.
Work is charged at €50 per hour plus VAT, with a quote once the inventory is done. Paid licences are bought by your company directly. Ongoing care of the tools can form part of a Start, Business or Premium plan.
Tell us how many devices and sites you have, who looks after IT and what eats most of your time today. We will send a tool proposal with a cost estimate.

An engineer will write back no later than the following working day. Faults that leave your staff unable to work are always looked at first.
