Kick-off seminar
A live ninety-minute session for everyone covering where language models shine, why they can sound sure while being mistaken, which tools your firm has sanctioned and what information is never shared.
Imagine an accounting firm in Ljubljana with twelve staff. A few months back everyone got a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. Two people now rely on it; the others gave it one go, received a woolly summary and never returned. Then it turns out that a colleague pasted a client's payroll figures into a free chatbot to speed up a table. You are paying for licences and carrying risk, with very little to show for it. Our programme addresses both sides together. Using tasks taken from their own desks, staff discover where the tool really saves time, for instance condensing a rambling client email, drafting a note explaining a payroll adjustment or reconciling two spreadsheets, and they also develop an instinct for which information never goes into an unapproved tool. A typical package combines a kick-off seminar, team-by-team workshops, a shared collection of proven prompts and bite-sized recorded lessons for new hires. Sessions are live on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, which means home-based colleagues take part on equal terms.
The package is built from these components to suit what your staff already know, the tools you allow and the work they do. Any component can be ordered separately.

Finance, sales, procurement, HR or customer service practise in small groups using anonymised tasks from their own workload: condensing a contract, preparing a client reply, checking a spreadsheet, producing minutes.
Instructions and examples that worked during the workshops are sorted by team into a shared folder on SharePoint or Google Drive, so a newcomer begins from something proven instead of an empty box.
What may never be entered into any AI tool, practical ways to anonymise text, and what GDPR and the Information Commissioner's guidance mean at a desk level. Real scenarios, not article numbers.
Steering use within a team, deciding who checks output, and setting realistic expectations. Includes a jargon-free summary of what the AI Act expects of organisations that use AI tools.
Short clips capped at fifteen minutes plus a checklist for new hires, so the seminar need not be rerun whenever someone joins.
A quick questionnaire ahead of training and again some weeks afterwards: who uses the tools, how often, where they struggle and how secure they feel. Progress shows up as figures.
The kick-off is one session. Team workshops are split into several shorter meetings, leaving room to practise on real work in between.
A short questionnaire on current habits, permitted tools and open questions, followed by a call with your coordinator.
We pick tasks from your daily work together and remove any personal data from them.
Seminar and workshops; with the group's consent, sessions are recorded and edited into lessons.
Delivery of the template collection and attendance certificates, then a follow-up survey with a questions session a few weeks later.
Everyone remembers a traffic light for data. Green covers public material and your own wording with no names, usable in any sanctioned tool. Amber covers internal documents, allowed only in a tool under a business agreement, Copilot in your own tenant being one example. Red covers client records, pay, health details and tax numbers, which go nowhere until anonymised. This one rule removes most of the danger, and every exercise reinforces it.
For practical skills it frequently works better: each person uses their own machine and their own tools, then shares their screen to show what they produced. Staff at home or at other offices can attend too. We do not offer in-person sessions.
Slovenian or English. Exercises use whatever languages your staff really work in, such as producing a reply for an Italian customer from a brief written in Slovenian and then checking it.
Every attendee receives a certificate of attendance listing topics and hours, and the firm gets a full attendance list. It is not a formal qualification, but it serves well as evidence for internal training logs and client questionnaires.
The follow-up session is there for exactly that. For more permanent support we can coach two or three people more deeply as in-house go-to colleagues and arrange brief refreshers when new features arrive.
Pricing reflects the number of groups, sessions and preparation time. Write to sales@apply.si and within one working day we will set up a call, then follow up with a quote. Single sessions are also available at €50 per hour plus VAT.
How many people would attend, from which teams, and which AI tools have you approved? We will suggest a programme built on tasks from your own work.

An engineer will write back no later than the following working day. Faults that leave your staff unable to work are always looked at first.
No town by that name here. Check the letters, or settle for the nearest larger place. Our engineers work only over the internet, so Kočevje and Koper get precisely the same treatment.
